I adopted a vegetarian diet in 1990, several months after my high school graduation. At the time, my father had a triple bypass surgery, and I vowed to do whatever I could to avoid having the same fate. My family and I began to modify our foods not only to fit my father’s new diet, but to save ourselves.

In 2017, I upgraded my diet to a vegan one in order to continue my health journey. Many of my friends and family began to ask me to support them as they also work to modify their diets, but I was not comfortable sharing what I knew from my reading. Therefore, I became a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I began coaching women who were looking to become healthier through diet and lifestyle changes and to share that change with their families. I enjoyed my work, but my clients all seemed to have very similar struggles. They all were looking for healthier alternatives without completely denying themselves the food and treats that they enjoyed the most.

At this time, I was also working with many friends who were realizing that their body rejected lactose. They were searching for great alternatives to the foods they loved that would not cause them discomfort.

A Love Supreme Vegan Cream was born out to the need to create a flavorful treat made with natural, high-quality ingredients. We have carefully chosen ingredients that have healing properties to add to the goodness of the cream.

All of our vegan creams are sweetened with Monk Fruit extract. This sweetener has been know to have many healing properties, including decreasing inflammation, assisting in weight management, and even fighting against certain cancers, allergies and heart disease. This 0 calorie sweetener has even been known to aid in the maintenance of healthy blood sugar levels by not spiking it during consumption.

Each original flavor was created as a labor of love to serve-up a dish of happiness, deliciousness and joy.
